At Check N Tow, we stand behind the quality of every unit we build. Each tester is assembled, inspected, and tested to ensure dependable performance. If you need help at any point, we’re here for you.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your Check N Tow purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Return eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and uninstalled

  • Must include all original parts, adapters, and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.


How to start a return

Email support@checkntow.com for return authorization and instructions.
We typically respond within 1 business day.


Return shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect functionality: Check N Tow provides a prepaid return label.

  • Change of mind / wrong item ordered: Customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (please allow up to 10 business days, plus additional bank processing time).

1-Year Limmited Warranty

Your Check N Tow is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. The warranty period begins on the delivery date.


What’s Covered
 

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component failure unrelated to misuse

  • Internal wiring or electronics malfunction

  • Structural enclosure issues under normal use

What’s Not Covered
 

  • Incorrect wiring or improper electrical connections

  • Misuse, drops, impact damage, or physical abuse

  • Water intrusion inconsistent with normal testing use

  • Customer modifications, repairs, or alterations

  • Use of non-approved batteries, chargers, or adapters

  • Cosmetic wear from normal use.

How to start a warranty claim
 

Email support@checkntow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video (if available)
     

We’ll reply within 1 business day with next steps.


Warranty Service


If your warranty claim is approved:
 

  • We provide a prepaid return label (when a return is required)

  • We aim to repair or replace within 24 hours of receiving the unit

  • Repaired/replacement units are shipped back at no cost
