At Check N Tow, LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, reliable trailer light testing solutions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
 

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled

  • It must include all original parts, adapters, and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
 

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@checkntow.com to request a return.

Once approved, you'll receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your Check N Tow unit is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom power adapters or modified orders

  • Products that have been altered or disassembled

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us first.
 

Exchanges

Need a different adapter or model?

No need to return or exchange your entire Check N Tow unit. Our design allows for easy adapter replacement.
Simply order the adapter you need, and we’ll send it to you with simple instructions on how to install it.
Swapping adapters is fast and requires only a screwdriver.

​Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days


Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@checkntow.com.
